The woman apparently tried to grab the camera when the video image shook.
According to the WRC, surveillance footage also showed the woman in a white jacket and a woman in a black jacket standing in line at the restaurant next to a man in a tie.
Anyone who can identify a woman in the video or know about the attack is asked to call the police.
