01. Share Your Yoga Shorts Design

Start your custom yoga shorts project by sharing your product concept with our team. You can provide a complete tech pack, hand-drawn sketch, reference image, existing garment sample or simply describe the style you want to develop. Our product development team reviews the design requirements, including silhouette, rise, inseam length, waistband construction, pockets, seams, color and functional details. If you do not have a complete technical specification, we can help translate your concept into a production-ready design. This first step establishes the product direction and ensures that design, fit and performance requirements are clearly understood before fabric selection and sampling begin.

02. Confirm Fabric, Fit & Production Specifications

Once the design direction is confirmed, we work with you to select the most suitable fabric and construction details for your yoga shorts. Fabric selection should consider stretch, recovery, opacity, softness, breathability, moisture management, durability and target retail positioning. Common options include Nylon/Spandex, Recycled Nylon/Spandex, Polyester/Spandex and Recycled Polyester/Spandex. We also confirm waistband construction, measurements, colors, trims, logo application, labels and packaging requirements. Pricing and MOQ are evaluated according to the final specifications, fabric, quantity and customization level rather than using a generic quotation.

03. Develop Your Custom Yoga Shorts Sample

After the specifications are confirmed and the sample arrangement is approved, INGORSPORTS develops the first sample according to the agreed design and technical requirements. The sample is used to evaluate the actual construction rather than relying only on drawings or digital images. Our team checks the garment's overall appearance, fabric behavior, stretch, waistband construction, stitching, logo placement and fit. For yoga shorts, particular attention should be paid to comfort during bending, stretching, squatting and movement. The sample stage allows potential problems to be identified before bulk production, helping reduce the risk of costly production changes later.

04. Review & Approve the Sample

The sample approval stage gives your team the opportunity to test the product before committing to bulk production. Buyers can review measurements, fit, fabric performance, opacity, waistband stability, stitching, logo position, color and overall appearance. For yoga shorts, we recommend checking the sample during movements such as stretching, squatting and bending to identify potential issues with transparency, compression, recovery or waistband movement. If adjustments are required, our development team can revise the relevant specifications and produce an updated sample when necessary. Bulk production only proceeds after the final product requirements are confirmed.

05. Start Bulk Production

Once the sample, specifications, pricing and commercial terms have been approved, INGORSPORTS moves the yoga shorts into bulk production. The approved sample and production specifications become the reference for manufacturing, helping ensure consistency between the approved development sample and the finished order. Production covers fabric cutting, sewing, branding, finishing and packaging according to the confirmed requirements. Our manufacturing team manages production according to the agreed order quantity and specifications, while quality checks are integrated throughout the manufacturing process. This stage is particularly important for B2B buyers because consistent sizing, stitching, color, fabric performance and branding are essential when producing multiple sizes and colorways.

06. Quality Control & Final Inspection

Quality control is performed before the finished yoga shorts are released for shipment.
