Custom Tennis Wear Manufacturing Process

01. Share Your Tennis Wear Concept & Tech Pack

Start your custom tennis wear project by sharing your tech pack, sketches, reference samples, product images, or simply your design concept with INGORSPORTS. Whether you need a custom tennis dress, pleated tennis skirt, performance top, shorts, jacket, or coordinated tennis set, our development team can translate your requirements into a production-ready product. For established activewear brands, we can work directly from detailed specifications; if your tech pack is not complete, our experienced pattern and product development team can help clarify construction, measurements, trims, artwork, and functional requirements. This early-stage alignment helps reduce development errors, unnecessary sample revisions, and unexpected production costs later.

02. Select Performance Fabrics, Colors & Trims

The right fabric directly affects how tennis apparel performs during movement, training, and competition. Based on your target market, product positioning, and performance requirements, we help you select suitable materials such as nylon-spandex, recycled nylon-spandex, polyester-spandex, and other functional fabric options. Key considerations include four-way stretch, moisture management, breathability, quick drying, opacity, recovery, softness, and durability. We can also develop your preferred colors, prints, rib structures, trims, elastic, buttons, zippers, labels, and branding details. For sustainability-focused collections, recycled fabric options can be evaluated according to your sourcing requirements and certification expectations.

03. Develop Samples & Validate Fit

After the specifications, materials, artwork, and construction details are confirmed, INGORSPORTS develops your first sample for evaluation. Our development process focuses on more than appearance: we review garment measurements, pattern balance, stretch and recovery, seam construction, coverage, movement comfort, and the interaction between fabric and fit. For tennis wear, details such as built-in shorts, skirt length, waistband stability, armhole construction, and freedom of movement can significantly affect the final product. Your team can review the sample and provide structured feedback on fit, fabric, color, logo placement, or construction. We then make the required adjustments before final approval.

04. Approve the Final Sample & Production Specifications

Before bulk manufacturing begins, every critical production detail is confirmed and documented. This includes the approved sample, measurement specifications, fabric composition, color standards, logo artwork, labels, trims, packaging, size range, quantity, and final quotation. For established brands, this stage creates a clear reference point for production consistency across multiple SKUs or future collections. Our team can also review potential manufacturing risks before bulk production, helping identify issues related to fabric behavior, construction, sizing, or decoration. Once the final sample and specifications are approved, the confirmed production standard becomes the reference for the bulk manufacturing process.

05. Manufacture Your Tennis Wear with Production QC

Once the order is confirmed, INGORSPORTS moves your approved tennis wear into bulk production. Our production team follows the confirmed specifications throughout fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery, labeling, finishing, and packing. Quality control is integrated into the manufacturing process rather than being treated as a final inspection only. INGORSPORTS operates in-house quality checks and follows AQL 2.5 requirements, with multiple QC checkpoints before shipment. This approach helps control critical factors such as measurements, stitching, fabric defects, color consistency, logo placement, garment appearance, and workmanship across the production batch.

06. Final Inspection, Delivery & Collection Support

Before shipment, the finished tennis wear is inspected against the approved sample and production specifications. After final quality approval, products are packed according to your customized requirements and prepared for delivery. INGORSPORTS can support private-label packaging, including customized labels, hang tags, stickers, bags, cartons, and other brand packaging elements. Our role does not end when the shipment leaves the factory. We maintain communication throughout delivery and collect feedback after your team receives and evaluates the order. Feedback from each collection can then be used to improve future tennis wear development, helping established brands build a more consistent and scalable product supply chain.
