HOW TO WORK WITH US ?
The customize sportswear process are following, which explain how we work together.
Before the process, 3 things should be clearly from you. Do you have physical sample, tech-pack or any idea ?
Step 1: Sample Making
In this process, we will exchange our views about the products and finish the sample.
Firstly, any ideas discussed to track what you need indeed.
Secondly, mock-up be made and material like fabrics or accessories be selected, according to your demands.
Meanwhile, QC department will be responsible for the whole process to test the sample quality.
Next, sample be made by our craft team whose over 10 years experience in clothing industry.
Finally, sample delivery and double check from both sides.
Step 2: Bulk Production
In this process, the bulk production would be finished and packaged.
First, PPS made. However, the reason why it should take a little time to make pre-production sample is to guarantee the production accuracy.
Next, place purchasing order, such as fabric, accessories or packing material, depending on inventory database.
Then, move to the production line as the schedule time.
At last, the whole products will be checked by our QC department. If there is no any problems, we would pack all clothing and wait for delivery.
Step 3: Quality Control
The QC department use AQL 2.5 standard to inspect the apparel through whole manufacturing process including sample making, material, package and production.
We make effort to achieve the goal of 98% accuracy.
Step 4: Transportation
Arrange the shipment after the production finished, which express, air transport or sea transport is available.

Logistics tracking will be started up by our sales team in order to give you feedback immediately.
Step 5: 24 Hours Service
After you receive the shipment, our sales team will try their best to answer what you confuse no matter the apparel craft or quality problems.
