A teenager with a chest of 30 J underwent breast reduction surgery at the age of 15.
Abby Thomas from Ashford, Kent, is tired of being stared at by onlookers on the street because her chest is as big as 30 J.
The medical student struggled with inappropriate comments from men twice her age since childhood --
She even tried to hide her chest under an oversized jumper.
Abby had a hard time finding the right bra and was often forced to wear a bra that was too small, which caused her severe back pain.
But despite her initial refusal to undergo surgery due to her age, Abby ended up having surgery.
5 kg of breast tissue was removed.
Abby admitted that the operation made her life better and wanted to help other young women struggling with insecurity.
Abby, 20, said: \"When I was 14, I was scared. I walked down the street and a group of people shouted, \'Look at that jar \'.
\"All I want to do is cry and run away, this is not the only event, and there are more comments for me to hide my body in the loose t-shirts.
\"It all happened so fast that one day my chest was flat and the next day my chest was bigger than all my friends.
\"When I was 12, I put on my bra for the first time, but I was already measuring the DD cup.
\"When I was a teenager, I would lock myself in the room and cry because I hated the neglect of other girls because I was different and I was even accused of showing off my breasts.
\"At school, I avoid physical education classes, I hate being changed in front of others, and the exercise I can actually do is very limited.
\"It\'s really awkward if I run too much and my chest hits my face.
\"My breasts have been growing and when I was 15 I was 30 and it was hard for me to find a bra suitable for age as all the larger sizes were designed for older women
\"The price of each bra is around £ 30 and I often have to change them as I keep growing.
\"My chest was reduced from J cup to D cup after surgery, and I knew I made the right decision, so I was happier.
Abbie, who is only 15 years old and has severe back pain, suggested breast reduction surgery.
However, her GP told her that she was too young to have surgery.
Abby added: \"My back and neck pain is very uncomfortable and I used to take painkillers and even physical therapy to help with the pain.
\"The girls at school always say how lucky I am to have big breasts, but I feel like I am
Despite only 10 yards of clothing, conscious and fat.
\"Since there is no J cup in most places, I can only shop there and I am forced to wear the H Cup.
\"But because I started hiding my chest, my friends would tell me that they weren\'t even that big, and I felt that they belittled my struggle just because I didn\'t show them.
\"My mom urged me to get a second opinion, so in 2011 I was referred to an expert who agreed with the surgery who could see the physical and emotional stress caused by my breasts.
\"Abby\'s surgeon told her that the surgery would leave her scarred forever and that there is little chance she will be able to breastfeed in the future.
But despite feeling nervous, Abby knew it was something she needed to do and she had surgery on February 2012.
Abby said: \"I panicked just before I had surgery and thought I might regret it, but my mom knew how painful I was, so pushed me out.
\"There is little emotional support for young women, and I don\'t realize how anxious I would be, and no one explains how different my breasts will be after that.
\"Still, I know I made the right decision and I want to encourage others not to feel ashamed and ask for help.
\"As a woman, we know what is best for our own body, and I know that even though the man tells me that it is not big and beautiful for me.
\"I didn\'t get anyone\'s breasts to shrink except myself, and it was some very difficult teenage period that I wanted to pass on to my younger siblings and all the attitude of the young ladies who were trying to pass. \" -
