Women make a lot of mistakes in bra, from buying a bra to maintaining a bra, just know what you did wrong and can really correct the mistakes.
So we talked to Bobby Smith, Freshpair\'s bra try-on specialist, to let us know what went wrong with women ---

Choose the bra according to the size of the Cup.

Instead, start with the digital band size.
\"The size of the cup is directly related to the size of the band,\" she told us . \".
\"So someone said, \'Oh, I\'m the D cup, \'is irrelevant unless you know it\'s related to the size of the band.
\"The size of the Cup is not standard, which means that you may be a D with size, but another E with size.
For example, the cup size of the 32D bra is less than 34D.

Wear a bra too small.
Boby said that many women\'s identities are tied to their cup sizes, which makes it difficult for them to increase their cup sizes in order to narrow the band size.
But you may wear 36C when your rib measurement is 32. . .
This requires you to buy a 32 E bra.
\"I fit a lot of women and I took them to a smaller back band and suddenly their cups sound big,\" said Bobby, who thought it was a character flaw.

Fix the bra on the tightest hook.
When measuring your Strap size, you should follow the outermost set of hooks instead of the innermost set.
\"The bra stretches about 3 inch in its lifetime, and when it stretches,\" says Bobby, \"That\'s when you go to the next set of hooks.
\"Buy a bra and fit snugly on the last set of hooks and you will only need to use tighter ones later. 4.
Let the band ride on your back.
\"The rear belt should never be higher than the downline,\" Bobby said . \".

Stick to an outline --
A style bra, not a softer, sewn-lined bra.

The stitched bra is soft and comes with a floppy fabric cup that can shape the shape of the breast.
Which one suits you, says Bobby, depends on the texture of your chest.
\"If your breasts are strong and they sit high on their own, then you can get rid of that stress --

\"But if, like most women, your breasts are softer and unnatural,\" they will settle at the bottom of the contour Cup and you will have space on the top of the strap.
\"Why is this happening?
The breasts are naturally tapered.
Boby explains, \"so when you wear a profile with your own shape, you try to incorporate the soft tissue into that shape.
\"When you spill or\" quadra-boob.

\"Washing with cold water helps it because cold water will hit it.
\"Oh, when you\'re there. . . 8.
Wash the bra with Woolite.
Your mother may give you the first bottle of wool, but Bobby tells us that wool is actually terrible for bras: \"It\'s actually to soften the wool, so you shouldn\'t use it on elasticity because you want elasticity to stay firm.
\"It actually makes a lot of sense. 9.
The bra is too long.
\"When properly worn and properly cared for, the bra will last you for about eight months,\" Bobby revealed to us . \".
\"The band was pulled out after that, so it won\'t support you anymore.
\"That\'s why there should be six to seven bras in your wardrobe so you can rotate them and keep them going for longer. 10.
Settle down for an unsuitable bra.
\"Women just accept the fact that the bra doesn\'t fit,\" Boby lamented . \".
