INGOR RECOMMEND GREEN EARTH FABRIC

HOW IS INGOR RECYCLED FABRIC ACTIVEWEAR MADE?

1. Material collection: Ingor collects post-consumer waste materials, such as plastic bottles or post-industrial waste like fabric scraps. These materials are carefully selected to ensure they meet quality standards and can be effectively recycled.

2. Sorting and cleaning: The collected materials go through a sorting process to separate different types of plastics or fabrics. This step helps eliminate contaminants and ensures that only suitable materials are used for recycling. The sorted materials are thoroughly cleaned to remove any impurities.

3. Shredding and melting: The cleaned materials are then shredded into small pieces or flakes. The shredded material is subjected to a heating process that melts it down into a molten state. This molten material can be further processed into fibers.

4. Fiber production: Ingor employs various techniques to transform the molten material into fibers. One common method is extrusion, where the molten material is forced through small openings to create filaments. These filaments are then cooled and solidified to form recycled fibers.

5. Yarn production and fabric manufacturing: The recycled fibers are spun into yarns, which can be further processed through weaving or knitting to create fabric. Weaving involves interlacing the yarns at right angles to form a stable woven structure, while knitting uses interlocking loops to create a stretchable and flexible fabric.

6. Finishing and garment production: Once the fabric is manufactured, it goes through finishing processes. This can include treatments like dyeing, printing, or applying special finishes for desired functionalities (e.g., moisture-wicking or odor resistance). Finally, the finished fabric is cut and sewn into activewear garments like leggings, tops, or jackets.

Throughout this process, Ingor ensures that the recycled materials are of high quality and meet performance standards. They prioritize sustainable practices and aim to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote the use of recycled materials in their activewear products.
