Start building slowly...Slowly, persevere!
Don't be a slave to the mileage record, always try to get the right mileage every day, even if you feel your legs are made of jello...
Just enter minutes for regular runners!
That way, you can run a little faster if you feel great one day.(You can run a little slower if you feel like a nose slug bug.) Just run the number of minutes you set for the day!
Whether you feel good or bad, you can still take part in a day of running!
It's a much less stressful way to work out and more enjoyable!
Remember when you were a kid?..
...You could run!You have been doing it all the time!
Running is natural.God let us run!
This means you can learn again!Just run!
You don't have to worry about how to run faster...
...The more you run, the faster you will naturally run!
It's been a long time since you ran!
But that doesn't mean you can't do it anymore!

This solution is simple and flexible.Follow it exactly, or simply use it as a guideline, especially if you 've exercised a bit.
Start from where you are and don't feel embarrassed about it.Keep in mind that with just a little bit of time and consistency, you'll get better, lose weight, feel and look better...
...You will do it in a healthy way with your own work, not any cheap pills or diet!
If you haven't run for years..
...Don't go out for 30 minutes on the first day.This is a sure way to hurt yourself and end your running career before the start of your running career!

1 minute walk, 1 minute slow, 15 minutes in total.
(Use jogging instead of brisk walking if you want.Be careful, be realistic!Remember, patience and consistency are the key!

3 minutes walk, 1 minute slow, 15 minutes in total.

7 minutes walk, 1 minute slow, 20 minutes in total.
Jogging for 1 minute, walking for 1 minute, 15 minutes in total.

Jogging for 2 minutes, walking for 1 minute, 20 minutes in total.

Alternate for 4 minutes of jogging and 1 minute of slow walking, total (Monday, Thursday, 25 minutes;

Jog for 5 minutes and walk for 1 minute for a total of 30 minutes.

Jogging for 7 minutes, walking for 1 minute, 35 minutes in total.
At the end of this 7 week period, you will lose weight and feel better!You will be good on your way to fitness and you will notice that you can run longer and longer!
Once again...You just started!Being a regular runner is a way of life that doesn't happen overnight.
It's not a "lean fast" lie, as you can see on TV.This is true!
